So many uses for the word bustling

Things I love best about November:

- the smell of fallen,musty leaves in the grass
-pups in wool coats
- the thrill of the first Chia pet/The Clapper commercial
- being able to legitimately wear scarves every day
- THE ROYAL BISON CRAFT AND ART FAIR (come on down y’all)

Oh man, I have been making stuff like crazy.  I’m also doing the One of a Kind Show Vancouver (which is held at the new and oh-so-gorgeous Vancouver Convention Center), so I’m up to my elbows in silver, stones, and reruns of SNL.

I’m really focused, but lately, something extremely cute has been a distraction.

Oh, life is so hard

He was abandoned, scared, and starving, and found in a hay bale. Now he perches on my shoulder as I file and eats the oat grass I grow for him. I think I’m in love.

I’m just so darned excited to go back to Edmonton todayto vend at the Royal Bison Craft & Art Fair.  There’s always so much talent at this fair, and I’m grateful to be a part of it!

I also can’t wait for the food.  Culina is going to be there serving up amazing food, and Andrea from Forever Matryoshka is making vegan cupcakes.

The last 6 months of living in Vancouver has been a little bit draining; getting established in a crazy city like Vancouver is a bit difficult.

Luckily, I’m past the humpity hump of living in a new place and everything is falling together quite nicely :)

I’ve joined the Jeweller Bau family on 8th and Main street!  Jeweller Bau is an amazing jewelry shop owned and operated by Dina Gonzalez Mascaro, an incredible Argentinian sculptor, painter, and anti-jeweller who makes the most mind-blowing and interesting pieces.
